You made it!
Kudos and congrats, you made it. You conquered your eight week challenge. This is the final week and your journey and make it a strong finish. Make sure to get a second set of measurements to gauge your progress from week one. Take a look back and reflect on how you did this challenge and set some new goals for yourself this summer. Don’t forget to sign up for fit collective online to keep you going all summer long.
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Take measurements. Just as you did in week 1, make sure to take some measurements and gauge your progress for this challenge. This may be weight, body composition, hip or waist measurements etc. Take measurements that are important to you so that you can reflect back on the past eight weeks as well as have a new starting point for moving forward.
2. Set some new goals. It is important to have goals and continually strive for success. Even if your goal is maintenance, or maybe a new marathon to train for, or hitting a certain target body composition. It is important to have something in front of you and shoot for it. Make sure your goal is measurable, has a time component, and is realistic but challenging. Let us help you in your journey and make sure to join for collective online.
