Get Out Of The Rut
Coming out of winter it is easy to get in a fitness rut! Find new flavors and new adventures this week!
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Adventure Activity. Try some new adventures this week! With the changing of the seasons, it is time to break out the bike, or try a new hike, or climb some stadium stairs again. Freshen up the workout routine this week!
2. Tastebud Turnover. All too often we get into a nutrition rut and stick to the same grocery list and the same foods. Get out of your rut this week and try some foods that are off the wall and new! Maybe it means trying some sushi or Kombucha for the first time. Or maybe an osage orange or horned fruit? Make your tastebuds turnover this week!
