We want January to be all about consistency. One of the best ways to achieve you goals is to stay consistent toward them.
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Consistent Workouts. Hit all 3 of your strength workouts this week! On top of that go after some endurance workouts. If you are using some of our fit collective endurance training plans, then complete those workouts. If not, then strive for 3 additional endurance workouts. This could be cross country skiing, biking, running, swimming, or similar. Get your heart rate up and aim for 6 total workouts this week!
2. Consistent Clean Eating. January is about clean eating. Lots of fruits and vegetables and clean protein sources. Be consistent with this principles all week. No cheat meals, limit your eating out. Get back on track with your food choices all month! Spend some extra time today meal prepping for the week.
