New Decade, New Goals

Back On Track

Hopefully your holiday season is going well. As we close in on the final days of this decade, think about what your health and fitness goals are for 2020 and moving forward.

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Set Some New Goals. Take a look at where your health and fitness journey took you in the last year. What carrots do you want to put in front of you for 2020.  It may be you want to loose 20lbs. Maybe you want to complete your first marathon.  Or maybe you want to PR your next half race or climb a mountain peak.  Whatever your goal is, this is the time to outline your plan and set some monthly goals that will get you there. Take some time this week to map out your fitness journey for the year!
2. Start Clean. If your household is like most households in America.  January is time for the pantry shuffle. Time to get rid of all the holiday treats and spend some time meal prepping and planning out your nutrition. Get back on track with lots of fruits and vegetables, clean protein sources, and lots of water. Take some time this week to actually write down and track your food intake. This will help give you a real picture of what your nutrition intake is.
