Step It Up

This holiday season is all about steps.  How many can you get for a daily average.  Staying active through the holidays is a great way to come out on the other side healthier and less stressed.

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Step Challenge. Make sure to keep tracking your steps this week. Aim for at least 12k steps each day!  Stay active with your workouts make active choices to increase your step count this week!
2. Drink up. This holiday season…. try to avoid the alcohol and reach for other fun social beverages with better health benefits. Grab the kombucha, hot teas,  coconut water, black coffee, or sparkling water. These options will leave you feeling healthier and more motivated in your workouts.
