Happy Thanksgiving week! Keep your workout intensity high this week and finish your plank challenge strong! Also, check out some of our healthier Thanksgiving dish ideas below!
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Finish Your Plank Challenge. We have been on a quest for 5 minutes of planks each day in the month of November. Stay at the challenge strong this week! Mix it up with side planks, forward planks, plank leg lifts, and other variations.
2. Intensity. I am reminder of an old sports quote “The harder you work, the harder it is to surrender.” I think that holds true surrounding holidays also. The harder your workouts and your intensity level this week, the harder it is to succumb to the holiday temptations of overeating and bad foods. Hit your workouts this week and go at them with full steam!
