THIS WEEK

Doomsday Prepper

Sometimes looming holidays can feel like doomsday and add a lot of stress.  Prepping for your nutrition and workout plan through the holiday season is paramount to keep on your fitness game!

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Plank Challenge. 5 minutes a day keeps the doctor away! Ok, well maybe that is not totally true,  but keep up with your plank challenge this week. Get 5 minutes of planks every day. They can be side planks, face down or other variations.
2. Holiday Planning. Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and it is important to make sure you have a plan. Planning ahead will keep you from running around and making last minute food buys and leave you more time to get your exercise in next week! Spend some time this week planning out your week and nutrition strategies. If you are hosting or brining food, add some extra veggie and fruit options. Plan an activity for Thanksgiving that can help keep your whole family engaged.
