Plank Season

The month of November is all about Planks… The goal is to get at least 5 minutes of planks everyday.  Check out the details below. Also- swap your Halloween chocolate for cacao.

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Plank Time. 5 minutes a day keeps the doctor away.  Well at least that is what we are shooting for in November. Mix up different kinds og planks (side planks, forward planks, plank leg lifts, etc.)  Time to work all those core muscles a little more.  If you miss a day, make it up on another day and double your time!
2. Go For The Cacao. Get rid of any of that halloween candy still floating around the house. Go for the cacao instead.  Cacao is the natural form that comes directly from the plant.  Cocoa in contrast is the roasted form with sugar additives. Cacao is super high in antioxidants and is a great superfood to add to smoothies, or make cacao bites from. Sprinkle in some raw cacao in your diet this week!
