THIS WEEK

Consistency

This week is all about consistency.  We want you to be consistent with your workouts and with your meals.

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Workout Consistency. Last week you should have picked that next carrot out in front of you.  What is your goal for Fall? Or maybe you set a racing goal for 2020?  Whatever it is, be consistent with your training plan. Don’t skip workouts. Complete all the sets of the workouts. The only way to get results is to stay dedicated over the long haul and be consistent with your training.  Dial in your workout consistency this week.
2. Nutrition Consistency. Similar to your workouts, your nutrition needs to be consistent also.  Get back to the basics of eating whole foods and drinking plenty of water. All too often, we start to let cheat meals, snacks, or beverages start to creep into our nutrition plan. Be consistent with good nutrition this week and lay the framework for your training. Nutrition is the backbone that supports your training plan and must be on point in order to achieve success. Make your nutrition rock solid this week!
