Check Your Hormones

Keep up with your 31 day challenge and check your hormones this week. More specifically, check the foods you are eating to make sure they are hormone free.

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. A Workout A Day. Keep up with our 31 day challenge and get your workout in each day. If you skip a day, make it up somewhere else in the week by doubling up.
2. Hormone Check. Make sure the food you are eating is truly clean. Check to make sure that you have organic labels on your foods and that they are from the USA.  Some countries don’t have as strict of guidelines on their food growing practices as the United States. Make sure your meat products are hormone free and beef should be grass fed and grass finished. A label that only says grass fed, just means that animal was fed grass at one point in their life, it doesn’t mean they were fed grass the entire time.  Be picky about your food sources this week and make sure you are eating clean, hormone free, and pesticied free food.
