Fix The Easy Stuff
Often times we are searching for the latest fitness trend to try and incorporate in our lives when the easiest changes are the most obvious and can make the biggest impact.
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. 31 Day Challenge Keep up with our 31 day challenge this month. Get your workout in every day and if you miss a day, make it up by doing double days on another day.
2. Fix The Obvious. Often times we can chase the latest fitness trends. What is the best workout type? Should I get rid of gluten? Is dairy ok? What is the best superfood? What about fish oil? Omega-3’s? and the list goes on… It is easy to get caught up in all the latest trends, and we can forget to evaluate our fitness and nutrition for some of the basics. Are you getting all your fruits and vegetables? Do you eat oo much sugar? Are you getting all your workouts? Are you drinking plenty of water? Take a big picture look at your fitness and nutrition program and are you doing the basics well?
