Have A Smooth Week
Smoothies are one of our favorite summer traditions. Check out some of these great receipes and keep on track for your 31 workouts this month!
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Rock The Smoothie. Smoothies can make for a refreshing and tasty summer drink. They are also great for packing in a bunch of nutrients. Check out some of our smoothie recipes below or try your own this week. Try to make a smoothie everyday as a meal, snack, or post-workout boost.
2. 31 Day Challenge. Keep up with your 31 workout in 31 day challenge this month. If you miss a day, make up for it on another day. You have to get at least 30 minutes for it to count!
