The Quest For 31
Moving into August we are ramping up our 31 workout in 31 day challeng again! Time to get back on track with your workouts!
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. 31 Day Challenge. Get 31 workouts in the month of August. That means get a workout every day. If you have to miss a day for some reason, make sure to double up on another day to make up the difference.
2. Focus on Whole Foods. Summer is an easy time to get distracted from your normal nutrition game plan. Focus your efforts back on whole foods again in August. This means primarily foods on the outside aisle of the grocery store. Lots of vegetables, fruits, lean protein sources, and conservative amounts of whole sprouted grains.
