2019 Gut Check

We are more than half way through 2019 and it’s time for a little gut check. Are you where you wanted to be relative to your health and fitness goals you may have set back in January?

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. The Self Review. One of my favorite sayins is your behavior has to be consistent with your objectives. This is a great week to reflect back on your goals for 2019 and also your daily habits and behaviors. Make sure that your daily actions are consistent with your goals. If your goal was to get stronger and you skipped your strength workouts, that just isn’t going to happen. Refocus your daily habits to help you hit your 2019 goals.  If you have already hit your goals… make some new ones! 🙂
2. Seek Adventure. The month of July has been full of seeking adventure. Continue that theme this week.  Get outside for your workouts and find new ways to sweat.  Find a new sweat buddy and try something new this week!
