Happy 4th Of July Week!

The month of July is about finding new adventure in your workouts and breaking up the monotony of your routine! Try something new this week!

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Explore an adventure. Get off the beaten path this week. Try a new hike, or a new trail run. Too often we get caught up in the same run on the same boring section of road.  Make your workout a destination this week and go find something epic.  Plan ahead and scope out some new spots for a little adventure!
2. Nutrition for adventurers! This time of year we often find ourselves outdoors camping, hiking, playing on water, etc. Your nutrition doesn’t have to stop when you are on the go. Trail mixes, dried or fresh fruit, jerky, bars, granola, cheese, and other quick on the go foods make for great trail snacks.
