Superfood June

June is all about highlighting some of our favorite superfoods.  Try to incorporate these amazing foods into your diet each week!

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Goji Berry. These little red berries pack some serious antioxidant punch!  They are great for boosting immunity, and can aid in fighting disease. They also contain beta-carotene which is awesome for skin and eye health!  Use these as a topping to your next salad or acai bowl!
2. Cinnamon. This spice is loaded with anti-inflammatory and immune boosting benefits.  It is also high in antioxidants to help fight free radicals and reduce cellular damage. Some studies also show it has a powerful anti-diabetic affect by reducing blood sugar levels and improving insulin sensitivity. Sprinkle some cinnamon on your meals this week!
