Memorial Day weekend often means outdoors, camping, travel and the like. No excuses, be active with your friends and family this week!

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Better Together. Finishing our no excuses theme this week is all about being active with friends and family. Get outside, workout together, encourage one another along your fitness journies. Fitness is better as a team sport. No excuses, drag your peeps with you this week!
2. Focus on little wins. Sometimes we set our goals lofty (i.e. train for a marathon, lose 50lbs, etc.)  Successes don’t always come in huge accomplishments. Look for small changes and little accomplishments this week that help you reach your bigger goals. Lofty goals can sometimes lead you discouraged if you don’t find satisfaction out of the little achievements along the way.
