We hope you have a great Easter with family and friends this week. Take a little extra time this week and carve out time for family and friends. Make sure to still focus on our month goal of meal prepping as well.
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Meal Prep. The entire goal this week about meal prep is to keep it simple. All too often we get wrapped up in new ideas and trying to find fun fresh recipes (which by the way, check out the great finds below). Truthfully though, meal prep is supposed to make life easier throughout your week and supposed to be a time savings. Try to prep meals that are simple this week, and give yourself some time for other things this week.
2. Friends and Family Time. Friends and family are often our encouragement in our health and fitness journey. We will often train for a race with a friend, or want to be healthier for our family, etc. Make sure to take some extra time this week and celbrate those people. Whether it is on Easter, or you find another day this week. Spend some extra time with family and friends and do something healthy with them (go on a hike, go to a farmer’s market, try out a smoothie bar, etc.). This always helps to put workouts, and your crazy training and nutrition practices into perspective. Hope you have a great week!
