Detox Your Life

As summer is coming to a close, fall means a fresh start. There is no better way to create a fresh start than to detox your body of sugar and alcohol to get back on track. We love starting our detoxes with a fast to help get rid of cravings. Make sure to have your friends join you to help with your accountability.

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. No sugar, no alcohol. Two things that are sure to leave you feeling worse and decrease your performance and negatively impact your health are sugar and alcohol. It is time to get back to the basics and ditch the sugar and alcohol all month long. Sugar has so many negative health implications and increases many disease risks.
2. Start the week with intermittent fasting. Give yourself a fresh start and begin this week with an intermittent fasting day. Go from dinner one night till dinner the next night with very little to no food. Drink lots of fluids to keep hydrated. This will help to jumpstart your Fall and reduce cravings as well as positively impact your health.
