Are You Ready…
Fall is coming which means a renewed focus. Whether you are setting your sites on new goals, or just need a to rededicate yourself to your current goal, it’s time to get after it! Grab a friend that shares your same goal and tackle it together.
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Become accountable. The coming of September means a new months challenge. “No sugar September” Are quest is for your to cut some old habits this September with a no sugar challenge. Challenges are always better undertaken with a friend to keep you accountable. Reach out to an accountability partner this week and set your goals and how you will keep each other accountable. No Sugar Starts September 1! PS- that doesn’t mean that you should be on a quest for diabetes this week and eat your weight in sugar 🙂
2. Sleep check. One of the best ways to form bad nutritional habits is to run low on sleep. When we are low on sleep we crave everything to keep us awake which is usually bad foods. Track your sleep this week Before we kick off the no sugar challenge, we want you to make sure your sleep is dialed in to give you your best chance of success. Use an app, use your watch, or whatever option you have, but make sure to track it. How much time are you spending in deep sleep? How much time in light sleep?
