Summer is officially here!
Summer means so many great healthy food ideas and so many new fun ways to workout. Change up your cooking this week and attend a local farmers market, try something totally new and explore a new recipe this week. Just as we want you to try a new type of food this week, we want you to get out and grab some friends to drag along to a fun new workout. This could be a new mtn bike trail, open water swimming, or maybe even paddleboard yoga. Make this week all about new foods and new adventures.
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. New Fresh Foods. Attend a farmers market or find a local produce stand and mix in some fresh tastes of summer into your cooking and meal plan this week. Explore a new recipe with these foods, or just snack on some fresh produce. Explore a new flavor this week.
2. Find A New Summer Sweat. Drag some friends with you for a new summer workout this week. Try something you haven’t tried before. Mountain bike a new trail, paddleboard yoga, open water swimming, rock climbing, kayaking, the list goes on. Pick something that you have always wanted to try, and make this the week for it!
