I WANNA TABATA

Perfrom each exercise for 20sec, then rest for 10sec, then repeat the same exercise for 20sec, rest for 10sec…. repeat this 6x. You will perform each exercise 6 rounds before moving to the next exercise. If an exercise has a right and left side, perform the first 20sec round on the right and the second 20sec round on the left

HIGH KNEE SKIP IN PLACE

TIPS:

Skip high in place.

DROP STEP LUNGE REACH AND OVERHEAD PRESS

TIPS:

Perform a drop step opening up the hips and lunge on the back leg. Reach down toward foot and then press overhead upon standing.

FORWARD CHOP

TIPS:

Perform a partial squat with the weight between your legs. As you stand up use your hips and arms to raise the weight overhead.

SQUAT

SIDE PLANK

TIPS:

Hold body straight. To modify, go from knees.

BURPEE & DB CURL

TIPS:

Perform a burpee with DB’s in your hands, at the top curl the DB’s instead of a jump.

SINGLE LEG SQUAT

TIPS:

Stand on 1 leg and squat up and down.

SQUARE DRILL – CROSSOVER STEP

TIPS:

Perform a crossover step into the square and then proceed to move both feet outside the square.

CURL AND CROSSOVER OVERHEAD PRESS

TIPS:

Curl weight upward and then press punch upward across body, then repeat on other side.

PLANK OPPOSITE ARM AND LEG LIFT

TIPS:

Perform a plank and alternate lifting opposite arm and leg. How high you lift doesn’t matter, just get them off the ground.
