We are pumped to officially launch our monthly online memberships and hope you will find this program fast, effective, and impactful on your health and fitness. This week is all about consistency. Make sure you hit all your online workouts this week and get in 2 extra days of cardio training (running, swimming, cycling, elliptical).
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Hit your workouts – Consistency is the best way to get results. Make sure to hit your 3 online workouts this week plus get in 2 more days of cardio. This could be an aggressive hike, going for a run, or getting after it on a bike with friends.
2. Make fitness a lifestyle – We want you to immerse yourself into the fitness lifestyle. That’s right, be that green smoothie drinking, yoga lovin’, mother runner, and workout fool. Embrace fitness as a wholistic look at life. Your nutrition, your workouts, your time with friends, let everything be about being a better and healthier you this week!
