GET A BASELINE
Take a before photo, take measurements, record a starting weight or any other information you want to use to track your progress.

GET THE TOOLS
You will need a few simple pieces of equipment before you can begin the workouts, you can find these online or at most sporting goods stores:
- dumbbells for arm and leg work
- jump rope

START SWEATIN’
Go to the member access page and click on “this week” to login and get started. You will have access to the week’s overview, workouts, and recipes and more!
