GET A BASELINE

Odds are you’re looking for a change or are ready to level up your fitness game. Now is a great time to take a before photo, take measurements, record a starting weight or any other information you want to use to track your progress.

Step 2

GET THE TOOLS

We do our best to keep our workouts as simple as possible so that you can complete them just about anywhere. For the full effect, you will need a few simple pieces of equipment before you can begin the workouts, you can find these online or at most sporting goods stores:
  • dumbbells for arm and leg work
  • jump rope
