COVID UPDATES AND PLANNING

The health and safety of our members is our top priority. We have been thoughtfully planning the return of in-person fitness programs. As we progress through the various phases of our State’s reopening, you will notice many changes along the way.  Check out some of the changes in our “Back To Burpees” guide.

FACILITY CHANGES

We have created a comprehensive facility plan and it has been in operation for physical therapy services since the start of the pandemic.  Some things you may notice are; you must enter through the main doors and wash your hands, showers are not allowed at this time, touchless modifications have been made in the locker rooms, and for water bottle filling.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES

In person memberships have been placed on a temporary hold due to COVID.  As Spokane moves into Phase 2, you can restart your membership by calling our billing office (509) 458-7686 or sending an email. In Phase 2, clients over 65 years old or with pre-existing medical conditions are not able to participate in classes at U District. Additionally, we will only be allowed to offer classes with 5 clients per trainer. Clients must reserve their spot in class. We will add more trainers depending on the number of resrevations for each class. You can still attend classes via zoom if you are not able to reserve a spot! WORKOUTS

Workouts will initially be limited to 5 people, but we will also be offering live video workouts as well. Click here to get on the list.  Make sure to bring your own towel, water bottle, and keep physically distanced from others.  Please clean your equipment before and after use and stick with the same equipment for the entire workout.
