THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Exercise 6x this week for at least 30minutes. This could be a brisk walk, bike ride, a run, our zoom workouts, or live boot camps. Get out there for at least 30minutes and elevate your hear rate.
2. Get back to the basics of nutrition; Lots of vegetables, Lean protein sources, colorful fruits, and limited starchy carbohydrates (breads, pastas, etc.). Get rid of the processed snack foods. If you are having a snack, it should be vegetables, fruit, nuts, or whole foods.
