Fall’s Roadmap

As much as I hate to admit it, summer is starting to wind down. There is much uncertainty about Fall and what lies ahead, but that doesn’t mean your fitness and health should be left up in the air.

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Develop Your Plan. Spend some time this week developing your plan. Do you have kids that will be doing school from home? How will you get your workouts in? What days will you meal prep. Failure to plan is planning to fail. Develop a gameplan for your Fall fitness routine this week. If you need some help… we have a Fall challenge starting after Labor Day to help you keep on track (more to come on this).
2. Water. Drinking water is so simple, but it is often something we neglect (especially when wearing a mask). Make sure to stay hydrated this week and drink plenty of water. Your urine color should be pale yellow or clear. If you don’t know where to start, drink half your body weight in ounces each day.
