Have A Smooth Week

Smoothies are one of our favorite summer traditions.  Check out some of these great receipes and start the month strong for your 31 workouts this month!

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Rock The Smoothie. Smoothies can make for a refreshing and tasty summer drink.  They are also great for packing in a bunch of nutrients. Check out some of our smoothie recipes below or try your own this week.  Try to make a smoothie everyday as a meal, snack, or post-workout boost.
2. 31 Day Challenge. Start strong for our 31 workout in 31 day challenge this month.  If you miss a day, make up for it on another day. You have to get at least 30 minutes for it to count!
