The Quest For 31
Moving into August we are ramping up a 31 workout in 31 day challenge! Time to get back on track with your workouts!
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. 31 Day Challenge. During the month of August… see if you can get in 31 workouts. If you are like our family, when this whole pandemic started, we were going for walks, runs, and workouts everyday. Then, slowly we have found ourselves getting busy with other things again that make us miss a some days. In August go 31 straight! That means get a workout every day. If you do have to miss a day for some reason, make sure to double up on another day to make up the difference.
2. Focus on Whole Foods. Summer is an easy time to get distracted from your normal nutrition game plan. Focus your efforts back on whole foods again in August. This means primarily foods on the outside aisle of the grocery store. Lots of vegetables, fruits, lean protein sources, and conservative amounts of whole sprouted grains.
