Happy Father’s Day

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there!  We hope you have a healthy and fun filled day!

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Bingo. Keep up with your bingo challenge.  If you need another bingo sheet click here.
2. NEAT freak. NEAT stands for non-exercise activity thermogenesis. In short this means all the activity throughout your day that doesn’t count for exercise. this is a great way to burn extra calories and keep your engine running strong all day. Stand instead of sit at your desk, Walk instead of drive your car, take the stairs instead of an elevator.  Tap your foot while sitting. All the little movements througout your day add up to be a significant amount of Calories burned by the end of the day.
