What’s Your Goal?

Do you have a goal on the horizon? Or are you just in a routine for the sake of routine? Set your sights this week on a goal. Pick a goal that will keep you motivated and is something resonable yet challening given your circumstances.

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

  1. Watermelon seeds: Watermelon in general packs some awesome punch as it is packed with lycopene and amino acids. The seeds contain good fiber, fats, and many other vitamins and minerals. Reap the benefits of watermelon and its seeds this week!
  1. Cacao. Who doesn’t love chocolate… well ok this isn’t actually chocolate, but cocoa which makes chocolate comes from the cacao bean.  The cacao bean is the natural unprocessed form which contains this highest amounts of antioxidants and is a great mood elevator and antidepressant.  Not to mention it is packed with iron, calcium and magnesium.
