We hope you go all in on fitness this week and this month! Want results? Then do all the little things!
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. The Little Things. When you step back and take a wholistic look at your health and fitness, do you do all the little things or do you just chalk off the big ones? Sure, you might get some good workouts in, but are you getting sleep, eating right, working on mobility, etc? All the little efforts you make throughout your week amount to big changes weeks and months down the road! There are no little things. They are all important. Make it a priority this week.
2. Bingo. Keep working on your bingo board this month! How many times can you get bingo this month, or better yet, earn a blackout! If you have not downloaded your bingo board, you can download it here.
