Bingo

We have created a fun challenge for June!  Make sure to play fitness bingo with us and see how many bingo’s or blackouts you can get!

THINGS TO PRACTICE:

1. Bingo. Click Here to access the Bingo board.  The goal is to get as many bingos as you can throughout the month.  There are a variety of activities that count toward crossing off squares.  Cross off 5 in a row, and get a bingo!  Cross off every square for a blackout!
2.Goji Berry.These little red berries pack some serious antioxidant punch!  They are great for boosting immunity, and can aid in fighting disease. They also contain beta-carotene which is awesome for skin and eye health!  Use these as a topping to your next salad or acai bowl!
