TABATA Buy-in

In this workout, you still start with a buy-in of 300 jump ropes. Then you will work your way down the list completing each exercise for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest, 8 times before moving on to the next exercise. Continue following this pattern for exercises 2-6 and then complete 300 jump ropes to buy out. If an exercise has a right and left side, perform half the set on the right and half the sets on the left.

JUMP ROPE 300

TIPS:

Just get after it…

OVERHEAD SIDE LUNGE

TIPS:

With hands overhead, step sideways lunging down with the lead leg while keeping the trail leg straight.

DIAGONAL CHOP

TIPS:

Rotate hips and torso lowering into a squat position. Stand back up rotating hips and torso as you lift your weight over shoulder. Perform equal amounts right and left.

T-ROLL PUSH-UP

TIPS:

Perform a push-up and rotate and reach one arm toward ceiling at top.

SIDE LUNGE AND REACH

TIPS:

Step sideways and lunge down reaching your weights toward your ankle.

ALT V-UPS

TIPS:

Laying flat on your back reach both hands toward one foot performing a sit-up at the same time. Lower down and repeat on other side.
