Find Your Adventure
July is about finding new adventure in your workouts and in your food choices. Get wild this week and try something new.
THINGS TO PRACTICE:
1. Adventure Activity. Try something new this week. Maybe it means tyring stand up paddleboarding, maybe it is a new hike, or rock climbing. You choose, but give yourself a new experience this week when it comes to sweat!
2. Tastebud Turnover. All too often we get into a nutrition rut and stick to the same grocery list and the same foods. Get out of your rut this week and try some foods that are off the wall and new! Maybe it means trying some sushi or Kombucha for the first time. Or maybe an osage orange or horned fruit? Make your tastebuds turnover this week!
